Types of Classes
H2O Splash
H2O Splash consists of a 30-minute total body resistance training class, taking place in the programmes pool at Marlborough Lines Stadium 2000 to incorporate cardiovascular training as well. The exercises will make use of a diverse range of equipment to enhance resistance.
Throughout the session you will engage in a combination of exercises, some involving stabilising with their feet on the pool floor and others with suspended movements. This dynamic aquatic workout is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals while enjoying the support of the water, making it suitable for most fitness levels.

Gymstick H2O
Looking for a refreshing way to amp up your workouts? Say hello to the Aqua Gymstick! The Gymstick consists of a pole with two bands attached that attach to your feet and comes in different resistance options. This class is held in the programmes pool. Designed for individuals of all fitness levels, this 30 minute class offers a refreshing alternative to traditional land-based workouts.

You will be guided through a series of engaging and dynamic exercises, carefully choreographed to enhance strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. The Gymstick is a highly adaptable resistance tool that can help take your aquatic workout to the next level, while the water's buoyancy reduces impact on joints, making this class suitable for almost everyone.
