Looking for a refreshing way to amp up your workouts? Say hello to the Aqua Gymstick! The Gymstick consists of a pole with two bands attached that attach to your feet and comes in different resistance options. This class will be held in the program pool. Designed for individuals of all fitness levels, this 30 minute class offers a refreshing alternative to traditional land-based workouts. Your instructor will guide you through a series of engaging and dynamic exercises, carefully designed to enhance strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. The gymstick, a versatile resistance tool, intensifies each movement while the water's buoyancy reduces impact on joints, making this class suitable for almost everyone. Secure your spot in this class book today! Your invoice will be issued once we have reached the minimum number of participants required for the class to proceed. If you are taken to a payment page we have reached the minimum required. Note: *In addition to the class fee, you will need to cover the casual pool entry fee or use your Stadium 2000 membership to access the pool.
